3 Ways Foliar-Pak Can Enhance Your Programs This Spring

residential front yard

Delivering vibrant color and better plant health while also remaining flexible may seem elusive. Foliar-Pak Armament Concentrate and Microsync, when used together, allow you to do all three.

Better Plant Health

Nutrient deficiencies are common on residential and commercial lawns. One of the main problems is the soil tie-up of nutrients by hostile conditions. High pH, high phosphorus, high bicarbonates, low pH, and clay particles can render nutrients unavailable for root uptake. Armament Concentrate addresses this by delivering long-chain carbon structures with an abundance of negative charge, freeing up nutrients and allowing the plant to gain access to a better balance of nutrition.

Microsync is a micronutrient package that contains boron, copper, iron, manganese, zinc, and amino acids. Microsync’s nutrients are 100% chelated, which means the product provides better short- and long-term nutrient availability. With enhanced nutrient availability, the plant can build more proteins and enzymes and photosynthesize more effectively, leading to better health and better tolerance to biotic and abiotic stressors.

Better Color

Microsync’s superior chelation delivers a great color residual long after application. Plus, with Armament Concentrate, turf has better access to a full complement of nutrients. This means you can rely less on nitrogen for color response.

More Flexibility

Your time is finite, which means you can only spend so much time caring for any given property. When you have a lot of customers, the ‘squeeze’ only gets tighter.

Both Armament Concentrate and Microsync are tank-mix friendly, so you can address plant health and fertility while spraying your normal herbicides, insecticides, etc. In addition to being major time savers, they also work well with low-volume equipment.

Armament Concentrate also has humectant properties that help keep herbicides in their liquid phase for longer. This gives the herbicide more time to be absorbed by the plant, leading to better efficacy.

Using a program incorporating Armament Concentrate, Microsync, and a judicious amount of nitrogen allows turf to grow at a more controlled rate and exhibit healthier qualities. To learn more about these products and how they can enhance your programs, reach out to your distributor representative.
